Warm Colors of Morocco

I'm still waiting for spring, but a friend recently traveled to Morocco. She took some wonderful photos at Majorelle Gardens in Marrakech, which I put into a little slide show for you.

I'm very envious of her trip, of course, but it's the next best thing to being there! Enjoy.

P.S. Can you tell Picasa is my new best friend?

  1. Wow - gorgeous! Nice music too, Peter - works perfectly with the photos!

My ex MIL went to Morocco years ago, and it's someplace I've wanted to visit ever since.

Picasa and I have been friends for a couple of years now Monica - ever since I got this computer and my photoshop program didn't work as well with the new OS as it did with the old one. It's a great tool!

  3. Hi Monica, I've just transferred my photos over to Picassa. I have a very good editing program on my computer, but nothing that does "Special things." I need to explore the tool a Lot more... just need the time. :-) Thanks for the wonderful tour!!

  7. Great slide show, Monica--the music is the perfect addition, too. This is about as close as I'll ever get to Morocco, I'm afraid, so I enjoyed seeing all the different scenes.

I transferred my photos to Picasa a few months ago, when my computer nearly crashed from all the photo files I had stored on it. It's great, but I'll have to try a slide show one of these days.

  8. I love those bright blue accents, the bamboo and the palms! (and I don't normally love either of those kinds of plants)

  10. I started the Picassa programme but lost my nerve because it started listing all the photos on my computer and I was worried it was uploading them so I cancelled.

The gardens in the slide show look very peaceful. I wonder if they are in real life.

    What are those nasturtiums doing there? (! ! ! ! !)
